Brandia's exceptional service turned my unfortunate breakfast experience around, making my stay delightful. Her attentiveness truly made a difference during our time at the hotel.

Clean rooms and delicious breakfast options were the highlights of my stay. Unfortunately, the room wasn’t ready upon arrival, leading to an extended wait, and the attitude of the staff turned rude as we waited. There were also issues with cleanliness that left a negative impression, such as the pull-out bed not being properly prepared. The overall experience was disappointing, especially given the high expectations.

I stayed for 3 nights in a queen room. Breakfast was a bit hectic, but Brandia and her manager Brenda really made me feel welcome. Brandia went above and beyond with her kindness. However, housekeeping knocking at 10 AM felt a bit too early for me. Overall, the warm service stood out during my stay!
